Can I make special requests or customize the signs in the shop?

Absolutely! We will work with you to create artwork that is perfect for your space. Please add any custom requests to the sign in the comments section on each listing.  We can add special wording and you can ask for specific colours or stains. Extra wording may be extra and we will send you an email if additional charges apply.

How do I place a Custom Order?

We are currently not able to take any new custom orders at this time. Please check our facebook and instagram page as we will announce when we re open.

How long is your turnaround time if I order a sign today?

Our typical lead-time is 12 weeks. Because each sign is make by hand, we can't always accommodate rush requests, but please ask and we'll let you know! 

How are your signs shipped?

For domestic and international orders our signs are shipped via Chit Chat Express who uses Canada Post Services.  Shipping times are 1-2 weeks. 

Do you ship outside of Canada  and USA?

We do! Send us an email for rates.

Can I pick up my sign to save on shipping costs?

Yes, you can pick up the sign at our home studio in Beaver Bank, Nova Scotia, Canada. When you place your order, use the coupon code PICKUP and it will take the shipping cost off your order.

Do you have a showroom open to the public?

Our facility is not open to the public, but feel free to make an appointment, and we'll be happy to meet with you!

Do you offer wholesale?

What type of wood do you use?

Our wood is from the Canadian East Coast and is Pine and Spruce.  We sometimes use reclaimed wood as well depending on the supply.

Do you use vinyl lettering or is the lettering painted?

Each sign is carefully hand-painted using a process that is labor-intensive but creates the best results. We feel your creation is worth the extra effort!
